The conference begins on Friday, September 13th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Country Inn & Suites in Fargo, North Dakota. This year we are offering an afternoon of Intensives on Friday afternoon before the conference officially begins.
Registration opens June 15th.

PRICING
Early Bird Pricing (June 15 – July 31)
SCBWI Member Saturday Conference Ticket: $125
SCBWI Member Optional Intensive: $30
Non-Member Conference Ticket: $150
Non-Member Mini-Intensive: $45
Critique or Consultation: $45 (Manuscripts for critique must be received by August 1, 2019. Late materials will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.)
After July 31, Registration increases $25 for SCBWI members and non-members.
HOUSING: A block of room are reserved at the Country Inn & Suites until August 13, 2019. Cost is $98.35 per night for a double room. Call the hotel at (701) 234-0565 to reserve a room. Indicate that you are with SCBWI Dakotas. We encourage you to use the listserv to find a roommate or car pool.
LUNCH: Saturday’s lunch will include a variety of subs, chips, and cookies. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know via an email to dakotas@scbw.org. We will be able to provide vegetarian and gluten-free options. However, some needs may exceed our abilities, and we will suggest you bring your own lunch.
